Since 1975, Pastors Raymond & Brenda, have served as the fearless Lead Pastors at TLC. For the past 46 + years, they have poured themselves into leading, teaching, and caring for our church community. You’ll be hard-pressed to find a better Shepherd than Pastor Raymond.

He was married to Brenda, his wife and ministry partner of 52 years until she transitioned to glory in May 2021. Their heartbeat was to pastor a multi-racial church that ‘looked like heaven.’ Together, they built a church culture where every race, every age and every class is welcomed and celebrated.
